You need:
1 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
Optional: chili peppers to taste
4 splenda
2 TBSP vinegar
4 TBSP water
1 dash salt
Dice the cucumber and pepper(s) and mix in a bowl. Dissolve the splenda in hot water and then add the vinegar and salt to taste. Pour
"dressing" onto vegetables and serve immmediately.
